How to pay for your items.
1.) Personal check made payable to Cellar Gallery and send it to my address. The Cellar Gallery, 20 Grape Lane, Whitby, North Yorkshire, YO22 4BA.
2.) You can pay by credit card by telephoning me directly on 01947 825752 or at my retail gallery The Cellar Gallery 01947 821363
3.) Payment by PAYPAL is possible. If you wish to pay by this means please e-mail me and then I will send you a Paypal Money Request Invoice in the reply email that will detail how you can pay for our painting safely and securely over the internet. This is very popular with our overseas customers.
I will wrap your painting very very well in plenty of bubble wrap for its journey in the postal system.
I usually use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all our UK dispatches. This means that all the packages are guaranteed for next day delivery as soon as they have been dispatched, insured for loss, and gives you piece of mind.
Recorded package prices are available and are cheaper than special delivery. If you require this service please let us know at the time of ordering.
Couriers can also be used, which can often be less expensive than Royal Mail, please ask for a quote.
Overseas customers. When you order/reserve and item please include your country of residence so that we can best cater the shipping for you and find the cheapest option for you.

Please note that these services can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery to an overseas address.
Please note that packages are only insured for none arrival, delay and loss. Packages are not insured for breakage’s and damages during transit.
My Shipping Terms
Next day delivery service is only guaranteed only after we have dispatched your item. We try to get every order dispatched as soon as possible i.e. that day or the next. However, during busy periods I may not be able to dispatch to you straight away, however I will always try to do this as soon as possible for you.
Please note that all the carriers we use now have different terms and conditions themselves. As such items can only be insured for loss during transport.
Damage done in transit is no longer covered in the insurance and is therefore not covered by ourselves in our shipping prices.
However, as previous customers will testify all our products are very well wrapped for transport anywhere around the world.
